    Join our team of Property Management Admins and Real Estate Professionals!

    We are looking for a Property Management Admin with excellent computer and tech skills and experience using various software programs and tools like Trello, G-Suite, and MS Office.

    The Property Management Admin must have the ability to accomplish data entry tasks, application processes, and lease agreement preparations. The Real Estate professional is expected to assign invoices, file client email correspondence, process app tracker applications, call app tracker references, update app tracker status, lease renew processes, lease trackers, vacate trackers, and upload property listing.

    The other expectations from the Property Management Admin are to organise and finalise routine inspection on Inspection Express, lodge bond on RBO, Notify Council, Water, Strata-DropBox and PropertyMe.

    Required Experience

    - Minimum of 2 years experience in BPO in an administration role.

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - Proficient in English communication skills (written and verbal)

    - Excellent skills on handling customer queries

    - High-level interpersonal skills

    - Tech-savvy and web-savvy skills

    - Ability to perform multiple tasks

    - Ability to learn quickly

    - Strong attention to detail

    Proficient with

    - DocuSign

    - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    - PropertyMe

    - PropertyTree

    - IRE

    - Inspection Express

    - Trello

    - G-Suite

    Experience Advantage

    - Experience on PropertyMe

    - Minimum of 1-year experience with Real Estate Account
