    The day to day tasks of the Property Management Admin comprise of but not limited to:

    - Advertising properties on websites

    - Creating agreements

    - Handling inbound property enquires (phone, email chat)

    - Processing Applications

    - Executing lease agreements

    - Arrears management

    - Handling Maintenance issues

    - Invoicing

    - Lease Renewals

    - Reporting

    - Vacates

    The other responsibilities of the Property Management Admin are:

    - Data Entry- Property MeI

    - Process applications- IRE App Tracker - call references - updated app tracker status etc

    - Prepare Lease agreement - Property Me -DocuSign

    - Lodge bond - RBO

    - Maintenance - IRE- MT Tracker

    - Assign invoices to Property Me Tasks

    - Lease renew process - IRE lease tracker

    - Vacating -IRE vacate tracker - send out notification and follow up

    - Notify Council /Water/Strata-

    - Filing all Grace email correspondences and others - DropBox /Property Me

    - Organize/finalize Routine inspection - Inspection Express

    - Upload property Listing - IRE uploader

    Required Experience

    - Experienced in Property management

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - Excellent in Microsoft word and excel

    - Knowledge in Property Me and IRE all and Inspection express

    - Proactive and 100% commitment to the job for a long time

    - Efficiency - quick

    - Keen attention to details

    Proficient with

    - PROPERTY ME

    - IRE

    - Inspection Express

    - Maintenance Manager
