• • Maintain and update all record files of the Property Management Group.

    • Prepare necessary documents in administering the Locators request.

    • Assist the Property Management Coordinator in the administering the tasks pertaining to the maintenance of GCAC’s leased property.

    • Maintain monthly reporting of paying/non-paying locators in coordination with accounting and advise Property Management Coordinator of any non-payments on a regular basis

    • Coordinates all administrative functions of the Property Management Group such us ensure that all locators obtain a copy of the construction guidelines and that any official TVLA / GCAC letters to locators are disseminated and received by all locators.

    • Coordinates with the utility providers such as Clark Water Corporation, Clark Electric Development Corporation, PLDT and ComcClark on the use of GCAC’s common areas and utility easements and issues the necessary clearance and notice to proceed.

    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Management or Upper Management.
