    Job Description

    The role of Trust Account & Property Management Support is to complete trust accounting and administrative tasks to support the wider Property Management Team. The Trust Account & Property Management Support is responsible for providing timely, high quality administrative support to the team, ensure clients receive an exceptional level of customer service at all times and to record all Property Management revenue accurately in its Trust Account in accordance with Australian Legal and Trust Accounting Standards.

    You will be working from the work-from-home set up under the NCR and Region 3 site.

    Qualifications

    -1 years’ relevant experience in Trust Account Administration (preferably in the Residential Real Estate industry)

    -12-24 months relevant Property Administration experience (preferably in the Residential Real Estate industry)

    -The ability to read and understand Trust Ledgers

    -Current understanding of Australian trust laws and requirements

    -A high level of technology skills using Hardware: Apple Mac & Software: Property Me, MS Office
