  • Job Description

    There are the following two roles:

    1. The Sales & Marketing Executive, whose role is described here;

    2. The Customer Success Manager, who is primarily focused

    on company's existing clients, and whose job is to identify sales

    opportunities within the existing client base.

    Role Overview

    The Sales & Marketing Executive will support the Company in the

    planning and execution of all Sales & Marketing activities, including:

    • Prospecting – finding new target clients and growing the list of relevant Mobility, HR and C-level contacts

    • Branding campaigns - to promote the ITX brand to targeted prospects

    • Marketing campaigns - to promote ITX’ specific solutions and/or expertise in the area of Expatriate Management

    • Sales administration – to support the communication with prospects in order to schedule sales calls and to ensure that important sales activities are duly recorded for the purpose of reporting and analysis

    • Channel management – to support activities related to strategic partnerships with third parties who could refer work to ITX, as well as event organisers, publishers and other media platforms

    Qualifications And Requirements


    • Research key contacts in targeted organisations to obtain contact details

    • Collate and organise contact details of individuals who attend mobility events where ITX is involved

    • Keep contact list “clean” and accurate by removing obsolete contacts and deleting any individual requesting not to be contacted


    • Participate in the creation of branding content, for example Social Media posts, corporate videos, ITX website, etc

    • Lead the Social media activities aimed at making ITX a prominent brand amongst HR/Mobility professionals worldwide

    • Promote ITX events, articles and social media posts


    • Lead email and social media campaigns to showcase ITX solutions and expertise content, e.g. a new article, video or events

    • Find new potential platforms to promote ITX solutions, e.g. events, other social media platforms, professional associations, business forums, etc.

    • Be the main point of contact for external event organisers and participate in discussions regarding potential participation in external events.

    • Lead the organisation, scheduling and running of ITX events (online or physical), including preparation and issuing of invites, tracking of responses, event logistics, event promotion, post-event follow-up, editing of the event recording, and other follow-up activities.

    Sales Administration

    • Participate in the drafting and editing of sales presentation and proposals

    • Reach out to new prospects by email, phone or social media to fix meetings to discuss ITX solutions to specific issues

    • Act as the main liaison with current and prospective 3rd parties for the purpose of strategic partnerships, joint initiatives

    • Regularly and diligently update the Sales Report, to reflect new prospects and changes to existing prospects.

    Must have:

    • 2-3 years experience in Sales and Marketing

    • Able to do Lead Generation

    • Knows how to establish Business Development with potential clients

    • Experienced in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing

    • Has good Business Acumen

    • Can handle client management
