    An opportunity to work in a new office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis.

    Some of our clients even send their team members to Australia for training.

    Our new office is located at Philippine's new centre for business, culture,

    entertainment, and leisure. The Clark Global City, Pampanga.


    Advertising properties (charging advertising fees, order signboards etc.)

    Responding to rental inquiries

    Sending weekly reports to property manager/owner for available properties

    Uploading inspections and creating inspection runs

    Process tenancy applications and updating application tracker

    Typing, transcribing plus editing video condition reports

    Sending smoke alarm work orders

    Prepare and issue invoices, sales and leasing contract (including special terms and conditions)

    Prepare lease renewal and bond form

    Scheduling routine inspection and send out notices

    Preparing monthly property management report

    Organizing and maintaining files

    Prepare and send breach and or termination notices in arrears

    Compile manage and maintain condition report audit

    Other administrative tasks the client will require


    Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course

    Well-versed in English communication skills

    Honestly want to help and assist

    Keen attention to details

    Know when to have fun but are aware of when to become professional and appropriate

    Are eyeing to correctly complete tasks given to them as their goal

    Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility

    Strong PC skills to include MS Office/G-Suite Applications

    Able to organize files and effectively retrieve data

    Good analytical skill in a problem-solving environment

    Great work attitude

    No attendance issues

    Knowledgeable in email etiquette

    Sharp time management skills

  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Numbers
