    Good interpersonal skills: must have managed at least 5-10 people under him for at least 2 years

    Experienced in hospitality services : must have worked for at least 2 years with a hospitality-oriented organization;

    Excellent organization and budget management skills : must have at least 2 years experience in setting up budget within timeframes and must have developed systems in keeping track;

    Proactive : Must have worked successfully and independently as a Manager for at least 2 years;

    Detail-oriented and organized : Must possess keen attention to details;

    Ethical and of good moral character : Exceptionally scrupulous and honest in all activities and without significant disciplinary record nor any criminal record in a community

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Property & Building Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

    With knowledge in maintenance of all building system

    Has strong interpersonal and leadership skills

    Must be keen to details and has good observation skills

    Possesses dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization
