  • GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the day-to-day tasks and functions of the entire Property Management Office

    in the areas of Administration, Financial Services, Engineering and Maintenance, and

    Third-Party Contract Management

    • Prepare, control, and monitor the effective execution of approved plans and programs

    of the property, including budgets.

    • Adhere to the Operating Expenditure and Capital Expenditure budgets of the property.

    • Prepare the Annual Building Calendar using the approved template of the company

    and adhere to it; send proofs of compliance to the schedules/deadlines to the assigned

    PMO Coordinator at Head Office

    • Meet operational requirements/Key Performance Indicators specified in the

    company’s Monthly Performance Assessment (otherwise known as Monthly

    Scorecard)

    Attend all Board Meetings and Membership Meetings of the property, and ensure that

    the Powerpoint presentation and all related materials are final at least 3 days prior to

    the scheduled meeting

    • Coach and mentor all personnel working in the property

    • Establish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representative

    • Build a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenants
