    • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions and pricing, and to arrange for delivery when and where needed
    • To monitor supplier compliance with purchase order contracts
    • Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
    • Creates purchase orders from requisitions
    • Issues purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and check prices are correct.
    • Coordinate with Accounting Department for the Processing of receipts and invoices for payment
    • Expedites delivery of goods to site.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
    • Bachelor’s/College degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Must have at least 3 years working experience in the same field is required in this position
    • Must be organized, resourceful, flexible and can work efficiently with minimum supervision
    • With excellent communication skills: Oral and Written
    • Background in a Construction Firm is an advantage
    • Willing to work in Mexico, Pampanga

  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
