  • Requirement:

    · Diploma or above in related discipline

    · Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing and purchasing office supplies

    · Strong negotiation skills (price control), self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure

    · Patient and willing to help others

    · Knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage

    · Proficient in written and spoken English

    · PC knowledge in MS (Word, Excel) and

    · Immediate available is preferred


    Closely liaise with stationery vendors for purchasing and to make sure delivery on time and correct

    · Support sales team on product sourcing and obtaining product information from stationery suppliers

    · Co-operate with warehouse and monitor stock inventory

    · Preparing purchase orders everyday

    · Assist Marketing Department in ad hoc projects
