  • Description


    • Performing duties that relate to the procurement and or servicing of office materials, office equipment, consumables, plant equipment parts, vehicle parts and service schedules etc.

    • Performing varied and moderately complex duties that relate to the acceptance/ checking deliveries as per specifications of orders, issuing of materials and general storekeeping. This involves receiving, unpacking, checking, loading, unloading, storing, tracking, investigating stock discrepancies and issuing orders required for the support of office and plant operations.

    • Carrying out duties that will include ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of non-stock items, and expediting in urgent situations, as well as advising Inventory Planners of required adjustments to stock levels for current projects.

    • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

    • Continuously source materials & suppliers at best competitive price and terms.

    • Other task that may be assigned by the immediate head.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
