Offer description

• Process and records all requisition and purchasing of items from different departments

• Assist in sourcing of new suppliers/vendors for better quality products/items as well as better prices and terms.

• Performs canvassing through phone, email and visiting stores or suppliers

• Maintains purchasing documents, files and records (e.g. Purchase Requests, proposals, vendor files, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation

• Performs general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. answering the telephones, copying, faxing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting departmental activities.

• Assist in the monthly inventory of Plant and Office Warehouse

• Receives office supplies and distribute to requesting parties

• Perform such other related functions and duties as may be required by the management
