KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Receives and evaluates proposal and documents from new supplier, conducts ocular inspection and collects other important information necessary in the accreditation by the Supplier Evaluation Committee.

-Checks and evaluates Purchase Requisition and facilitates purchase of the requested supplies/materials through canvass report.

-Evaluates and recommends approval of the supplier and service contractors

-Initiates the conduct of the new supplier/supplier’s evaluation process

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Information technology
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
