  • Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with the country’s biggest and oldest auto club based in Quezon City in their search for a PURCHASING ASSISTANT. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.  

    Job Descriptions

    The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible of the following:

    *Maintain supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors.

    *Coordinate the purchase of products and materials on behalf of an organization

    *Conduct market research to determine where to find the best quality materials and products for the best prices

    *Handle administrative duties relating to purchases, including tracking orders and ensuring records are kept up to date.

    Job Qualifications

    *Candidate must be a College Graduate

    *With at least 1 year of experience related to Purchasing or Procurement

    *Computer literate

    *Has good communication skills

    *Willing to work in Quezon City

    *Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
