Job Responsibility:
Prepare purchase order
Prepare and update weekly report of all purchased materials assigned to him/her
Monitor and follow up ordered materials
Maintain systematic filing records of all documents
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of 4 year Business Course or any related course to his position
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency skills in keyboarding
High attention to detail
Negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
