  • Description

  • • Provides general support to Sales and Marketing Department.

    • Responsible for the receiving and pricing of RFQ’s from different agencies, Public and Private.

    • Process purchase orders of winning bids for different Government agencies.

    • Responsible for Procurement of various goods and services and obtaining documentation regarding Supply, Installation, and delivery of various Hardware and Construction, Electrical materials and the like.

    • Communicate with vendors and customers to gather information and solve problems.

    • Reviews, prepares, verifies and tabulate quotes and ensure accurate payments of purchase orders.

    • Maintains vendor contracts and follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Senior high school
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
