  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Create Purchase requisition

    - PR to PO conversion

    - PR to PO monitoring

    - Prepare PR to PO status report

    - Create supplier accounts

    - Create and review credit terms

    - Document Filing and Storage

    - Generate Purchasing reports

    - Ensure a smooth month end closing process by timely and accurate recording of all Purchasing

    transactions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Graduate of any 4 year course

    - With at least 1 year work experience in Purchasing functions.

    - Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications is preferred.

    - Experience in using QAD Mfg Pro and AODoc

    - Workflow is an advantage.

    - Willing to work on shifting schedule.

    - With good command of English language
