  • Position Summary
    Supports TELUS Materials/Services data management & Purchasing, Corporate Store stock allocation and Contract Management.

    Functional Responsibilities
    Creates purchase orders (“POs”) for TELUS SAP-coded material requirements. Manages PO cycle activities including obtaining delivery acknowledgements, later delivery enquiries, and resolving discrepancies.

    Qualifications:
    - Graduate of Supply Chain Management and/or 1 - 2 years working experience working in Supply Chain Operations
    - Working Knowledge & understanding of Supply Chain Materials Purchasing and Coordination
    - Proficiency with Analysis tools MS Excel, SAP; Advanced Excel Capabilities is an asset
    - Can build good client relationships, negotiations, and ability to influence Leaders (Manager/Director and above)
    - Takes initiative and ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution.
    - Good Analytical, organizational, reporting, decision-making, problem solving, and innovative-thinking skills.
