POSITION: Purchasing Manager for Sales of Electrical / HVAC equipment manufacturer

Company: PHPC Co., Ltd. Inc.

Location: 11th Floor, Oledan Square 6788 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, NCR

Salary: 60,000~80,000 pesos

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 18:00 / Friday: 8:00 to 17:00)

Job Description:

1. Research potential vendors / Vendor management

2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing / Contracts management and conduct due diligence

4. Delivery date management

5. Team management

6. Report analysis & generation to management (Japanese)

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and utilize product knowledge and network contacts

8. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Management experience of at least 5 years

2. Purchasing experience in the same industry or with sales experience at an electric / HVAC equipment manufacturer (including import/export) Electric: ABB, Mitsubishi Ele, Fuji Haya, Siemens, Schneider, etc.; HVAC: Toshiba, Daikin, etc.

3. Experience in Negotiation contracts

4. Logical: Can explain how to negotiate prices and make improvements through Kaizen activity

5. Integrity, incorruptible

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: ERP, SAP, Communication and persuasion, Sales Management, Negotiation, Networking, Sales
