  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Research potential vendors.

    2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

    3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

    4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

    5. Review quality of purchased products.

    6. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into the system.

    7. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

    8. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

    9. Arrange Pos together with duplicate invoices and receiving reports.

    10. Prepare Request for Payment for POs with original invoices, Insurance policy and Real Property Taxes with assessment from CTO.

    11. Cash counting

    12. Perform duties of a substitute Cashier in times of the Cashier’s absence

    13. Monitor Renewal of Motor Vehicle Registration Monthly (from ending 0-9)

    14. Monitor Insurance of Motor Vehicle for CPTL and Comprehensive

    15. Keep original OR/CR and monitor yearly renewal

    16. Prepare Affidavit of Accident for vehicle insurance for damage claims when necessary

    17. Prepare Deed of Sale, Affidavit of Loss, Authorization Letter, Secretary Certificate, and SPA related to LTO/CTO requirements when necessary.

    18. Coordinate with Insurance company/ third party in case of accident.

    19. Prepare materials for Accounting Forms (OR, CR, DR, SO, Checker’s Tally)for printing

    20. Monitor, keep, prepare and review Property Taxes based on City Treasurer’s Assessment.

    21. File Property Tax Declaration, Tax Receipt & Title as forwarded by the management.

    22. Provide copy of RPTRE’s and updated Tax Declaration to CTBC and Security Bank Quarterly for Mortgage Properties.

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    Education:Graduate of BS Business course or any related field

    Experience:Preferably with at least 2-year experience

    Other Skills:

    Advanced computer skills

    Knowledgeable in SAP database

    High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
