  • • Preparation of Import Permit and apply to CDC-EOMD.

    • Preparation of Purchase Order for raw materials and subsidiary materials.

    • Preparation of Import Vouchers to be submitted to Accounting section.

    • Make summary for import billings (Brokerage and Insurance).

    • Follow-up and monitor delivery to existing brokers.

    • Follow-up requisition of office supplies needed by the section.

    • Takes charge of filing records.

    • Performs other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

    • Coordinate to warehouse regarding critical materials for delivery.

    • Directly follow-up critical items being requested by the production.

    • Coordination to sections regarding deliveries and requests.

    • Preparation of Letter of Credit/Bank Guaranty to RCBC Clark.

    • Request for Advance inspection to CDC and Customs.

    • Update P/O Summary of subsidiary materials.

    Make cost reduction for Import Brokerage.
