  • -Graduate of any 4-year course
    -Knowledgeable with importation process
    -Has good negotiation skills, organized, keen to details, diligent, honest and trustworthy
    -At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    -Experience in manufacturing is a plus
    -Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    -Finding proper supplier for required item/s or materials
    -Canvass items according as per Purchase order received
    -Prepare purchase order by verifying specification and price obtaining recommendation from supplier and approval from requesting department
    -Interact and negotiate with suppliers on a regular basis
    -Track orders and ensure timely delivery
    -Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
    -Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
