    Description



  • Qualifications:

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business - - - - - -- Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

    - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    - Candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    - Organized, resourceful and can work independently at minimum supervision.

    - Knowledgeable in report preparation.

    - Willing to work in Ortigas and can work on extended hours.

    Responsibilities:

    - Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine bids among potential suppliers.

    - Respond to supplier inquiries about orders, changes & cancellation.

    - Request for current supplier quotations.

    - Scout new suppliers for quotations & compensation.

    - Monitor & confirm prices regularly.

    - Monitor/maintain supply directory

    - Process procurement for best bid supplies

    - Monitor deliveries of purchases.

    - Maintain P.O. deliveries & payments.

    - Monitor suppliers prices and requirements.

    - Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
