  • Job Description:

    - Researching potential vendors/suppliers

    - Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers

    - Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing

    - Track orders and ensure timely delivery

    - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery info and voices

    Communicates quality issues and price discrepancies to immediate head

    - Ensure optimal stock levels and place order as needed

    - Directly report to Purchasing Supervisor

    Qualifications:

    - Graduate of any 4 year course

    - Must be literate in MS Word and Excel

    - With experience is an advantage but not required

    - Strong personality

    - Has a good oral and written communication skill
