Receiver of signed/ approved Requisition slip. Review and Clarify the requisition requirements and specifications from the requestor as per brand, model, quantity and or alternative items in case of stocks unavailability or phase-out motor or machine parts

Authorized to contact / dealing with suppliers and request for the quotation. Negotiates vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.

Conduct canvassing of materials and supplies. Prepares the canvass sheet and recommended to his/her superior

Prepares the purchase order for the chosen supplier and route this PO to all signatories for their approval.

If newly vendor, process its registration to include in the list of vendor and in the system used by the company.

Allowed to send the signed / approved Purchase Order to the selected Vendor. Contact direct to supplier for the arrangement of delivery schedule. Checking of delivery items as per specifications requested vs purchased via coordination with receiving staff.

Follow up suppliers on pending deliveries and pending items undelivered.

Coordinates with the accounting department for terms and payments of supplier.

Ensure Organize filing of documents and records of purchasing department. Keeping BIR 2303 of all suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
