communication and close-working relationship with suppliers
Negotiate price for materials from accredited supplier
Send Purchase Order to supplier and received confirm receipt
Follow up deliveries & PO balances
Keep records of potential supplier data
Monitor shipment of materials and keep record of shipping documents
Maintain records of all accredited supplier’s performance.
Process importation and export at PEZA.
Monitors importation as per company requirement and coordinate with external providers.
Review and update Purchasing and Supplier Selection and Accreditation Procedure in accordance to ISO9001, ISO14001
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
