    >With Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent

    >With ISO background

    >With at least 2 years of experience in Process Improvement and/or Quality Assurance

    >With experience in Project Management

    >With experience in end-to-end process of billing and collections

    >With experience in working in a customer-centric environment

    >Knowledgeable in data mining and customer profiling

    >With exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively partner


    >Conduct regular process review

    >Ensure regular updating of policy and process documents

    >Documentation of new system enhancements/requirements needed for operations

    >Conduct competitor research and study on best practice and industry standards related to billing and collection

    >Provide help in monitoring on-going billing and collection projects

    >Develop project plans, communicate changes, and provide training to impacted business units

    >Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality

    >Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure

    >Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes
