  • Location: Davao, Philippines
    Employment Type: Full-time (In-office)
     
    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide technical support via email and chat sessions with users
    Escalate unsolvable issues to the appropriate teams
    File Bug Reports and New Feature Requests
    Create knowledge-base articles and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) based on resolved trouble-shooting tasks
    Test new features and bug fixes
    Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
     
    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Minimum 1-year experience in doing software development quality assurance
    Excellent written or verbal communication skills including an ability to present information clearly and concisely
    Knowledgeable of bug testing software (manual/automated) and/or relevant software computer applications
    Experienced in providing excellent customer service
