Offer description
1.Performs chemical analysis on material deliveries.
2. Performs chemical analysis of raw materials sampled from prospective sources, i.e.
quarries or stockpiles.
3. Prepares documents on analysis report for record and acceptance purposes.
4. Performs reliability test of x-ray spectrometer.
5. Performs partial analysis on cement withdrawals and Finish Mill product.
6. Reports to the Quality Manager any abnormalities non-conformance to standard
specifications related to cement quality.
7. Make suggestions for improvements
a). safety and housekeeping;
b). cost reduction.
8. Participates in the analysis of abnormalities regarding product quality.
9. Be familiar with the department and plant objectives.
10. Perform overtime work when needed.
11. Perform housekeeping at work area.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
