Offer description

• Monitors and ensures quality products through physical and chemical analyses before and after line control start-up activities for sanitation, safety, food safety and maintenance that control parameters of production and finished goods conforms to established system and specification.

• Provides immediate reporting of process and product deviation to superiors and coordinates with all concerned people for necessary correction and disposition.

• Conducts daily verification of testing and measuring equipment being used by production, warehouse and quality assurance department.

• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• Approves in-process materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production lead man/supervisor.

• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

• Documents inspection results by completing reports.

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

• Performs other functions which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
