Offer description

Responsible for supporting operations executives through the creation, visualization, monitoring and analysis of data that is relevant to the operations or the vision of the organization.

Responsible for executing operational tasks related to the delivery of services of the team he/she is assigned to. These operational tasks should be executed in a manner that comply with the Quality standards and Service Delivery Excellence standards required to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other key targets set for the team.

Realizes maximum benefit for the management team through fulfilling the assigned tasks or activities according to his/her scope in a way that will delight the customer while ensuring that this is done with the business outcomes in mind.

Keep updated with trends in data analytics and work with IT for the needs of the business.

Apply data analytics frameworks and tools to provide value to the business and act as a consultant or SME for the business.

Requirements

Graduate of a 4-year Course (Related to: Statistics, Communications, Psychology, Business Management, Math or Engineering)

Above Average to Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)

Willing to work on shifts (if/when/where needed)—APJ, EMEA or NA shift.

Above user-average computer skills (proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel, good understanding of basic troubleshooting, use of collaboration tools)

Willing to do admin tasks related to his/her service scope.

If experienced and from a BPO/Outsourcing company, average tenure in each company or role should be at least 3 years.

Data analytics experience especially using or setting up tools of the trade.

Experience in working in a Service Management and/or Shared Services-oriented organization.
