-Three (3) to Five (5) years call center management experience preferred

 Metric Correlation Analysis
• CSAT Deep Dive Analysis
 Pareto Diagrams
 Cause & Effect Diagrams

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Knowledge: Management, Testing
