Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Internal Audit Schedule and Audit Program for QMS/EMS and Process Audits

2. Conduct Internal Audit both for QMS and EMS

3. Lead the conduct of process audit reference to plan and as necessary ex. Complaint, external/costumer audit, process audit, etc.

4. Conduct supplier audit and prepare audit report

5. Follow up action status, collect evidences and monitor the progress of closure of audit findings. Monitor the effectiveness of the implemented corrective action.

6. Update the progress status, prepares report and submit to Head/Manager

7. Assist in the preparation for customer audit, 3rd party audit; summarize the findings noted and collect the evidences of the corrective action taken.

8. Follow up action status, collected evidences and monitor the progress of closure of the findings. Prepare the initial report for submission to costumer.

9. Ensure the completion and achievement of the section targets related to QMS.

10. Review the CSR each costumer (new and revision of SQAM) and its compliance. Deploy to related section and monitor compliance action plan

11. Identify process improvements that lead to cost savings or revenue enhancement opportunities.

12. Prepare monthly report such as KPI (Key process indicator)

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
