Job Description

The position requires a Graduate of Chemical Engineering, BS in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or any related courses. With working experience in an analytical chemistry or bio-analytical lab is preferred.

Job Summary

The Quality Analyst is responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products. He/she also reviews date obtained for compliance with specifications and report abnormalities. He/she revises and updates standard operating procedures and may perform special projects on analytical and instrument problem solving.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Prepares report on test results and reports to the Supervisor.

-Conducts date entry and routinely performs trend analysis on data to spot dips and spikes results.

-Participate actively in validation of test equipment and analytical methods for qualitative and/or quantitative assays.

-Writes & executes validation protocols in corroboration with the Senior QC Analyst

-Maintains a record of the inventory of glassware, reagents, and culture media.

-Undertakes any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the division, which may be assigned by the QC Supervisor.

Requirements:

Graduate of BS in Chemistry, BS in Chemical Engineering, BS in Pharmacy, BS in Biology or any related courses.

With experience in Chemical and Microbiological Analysis
