JOB SUMMARY

• Ensures that the quality of all products the company sells to distributors and customers adhere to company standards before and after products are delivered to distributors and customers, troubleshooting any concerns whenever necessary



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



• Sees and ensures that all imported products from OEM suppliers adhere to the strictest formulation and packaging standards and requirements of the company.

• Coordinates with Logistics Staff in briefing logistics providers with proper handling, storage and transport of products to preserve its quality upon arrival to distributors' and customers' warehouses.

• Coordinates with Account and company Sales Managers in briefing customers about quality control standards and procedures for all products, training both OEM and company managers, as well as customers and distributors, in these items whenever necessary.

• Troubleshoot any and all problems arising from products that do not pass company standards

• Counter to customers' audit and improve company procedures to customers' requirement/suggestion.

• Chemical registration process in PMPIN/DNER and update status of the registration time by time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Education Completed a four-year university degree.

• Experience At least 1 to 3 years as quality control officer in oil, lubricants or any related industries.

• License Required Trained and educated safety officer with officer experiences.

• Skills and Competence

- Knowledge in basic MS Office Work tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Entrepreneurial-minded, results-oriented and customer-centric.

• Problem-solver and displays high initiative.
