QC Staff Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to use measuring devices like meters, calipers and computers
- Maintain/improve company quality standards
- Ability to do a task while under pressure, delivering reports or jobs on time and correct.
- Good coaching skills, able to drive Quality Control team members to achieve desired results.
- Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
- No experience necessary. Will train

- Basic knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.

- Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Safety Officer 1 Certificate is an advantage.
