  • We are looking for an excellent real estate assistant who worked with an Australian BPO before.

    This post will be reporting to our Clark Office.

    Requirements:

    Excellent English communication skills

    Experience in property and/or real estate management

    Willing to learn and is assertive

    Have a background in invoicing and AP/AR

    Advantage: Experience using ValuePro system and knowledge in property valuation

    Job Specifications:

    Appointment/Calendar Maintenance

    Answering phone calls / Making outbound calls to tenants/landholders to arrange inspections

    Data entry – Valuepro / AVS

    Prepare valuation reports for all property types for Valuation team.

    Send invoices/remittance advice to clients

    Manage workflows through Valuepro JMS.

    Add sales data to AVS

    Answer email / phone enquiries

    Prepare monthly client reports

    Prepare market data reports

    Prepare final value reports

    Maintain contact lists

    Order office supplies

    Handle multiple projects

    Prepare & monitor invoices

    Customer Service Support
