Offer description

Build relationships with key real estate brokers, agents and managers.

Respond to online and walk in inquiries promptly and fully

Manage lists for available units, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

Create & maintain a database of all information from the inquiries including names, contact number, and other details.

Present purchase offers to sellers.

Making sure that all available units are ready for presentation to potential clients and must keep the Front Desk informed of units needing cleaning.

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, transfers, and issuing official receipts, and other documents that may be needed from time to time)

Prepares report of sales, inquiries, and potential marketing strategies to the Board

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Windows, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Customer service, Self-confidence, Communication and persuasion, Commercial skills / Networking, Sales
