  • Job Description:

    Provide external clients with efficient and professional Customer Service through handling calls, assessing client concerns, plotting schedules, coordination and updates. Maintain smooth service operations through proper coordination and documentation, submission /preparation / encoding of reports and billings.

    Qualifications:

    Business course graduate or any four(4) year course;

    Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint;

    With good oral and written communication skills;

    Goal oriented and can work under minimal supervision.
