  • Job Description:

    Responsible for receiving and answering all incoming personal or business telephone calls from customers and employees. Handles documentation of all service request and constantly updates feedback on progress to customers.

    Qualifications:

    Business course graduate or any four(4) year course;

    Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint;

    Goal and results-oriented and can work well under pressure.
