  • Job Descriptions:

    - This role is responsible for highly professional reception and VIP lounge environment focus on delivering excellent service to every guests and clients.

    - Attends promptly and efficiently to all inquiries and is the primary focal point of contact for all telephone, email including personal correspondence within the company

    - The receptionist has an awareness of regular guest names and requirements and has a full understanding of Guest Service process

    - This includes communicating guest’s: preferences, hotel reservations, charter, service and amenities, events, interests, VIP status, relationships, previous and future information. It is also to fulfill the daily routine tasks as assigned by Guest Service Manager.

    Job Requirements:

    - Graduate of Commerce, Hospitality, or Tourism or relevant course

    - Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in handling office administration and/or customer service environment.

    - Previous experience working in hospitality front desk, club lounge or food & beverage role and able to provide 5 Star service to passengers and clients

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    - International experience in Customer Service environment is a plus but not a must

    - Reliable to work overtime and different shifting when required

    - With Driver’s License is a must
