Offer description

Assists teachers in the monitoring of classes and availability of class schedules for current and newly enrolled students.

Secure sales and collect fees (enrollment, field trips, uniforms, yearbooks, merchandise and more) for the purpose of timely completion of transactions.

Informs parents during events and other necessary informations provided by the teachers.

Evaluates situations and record requests by parents to be forwarded to the management for approval.

Greets all incoming visitors and keeps track of students class schedule.

Maintains computerized and manual records updated from time to time for the purpose of documenting activities and providing reliable information when needed.

Maintains inventory of supplies purchased and pulled out for internal tracking.

Other responsibilities required by the said job position.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Mac OS
