  • Qualification:

    - Graduate of BS Tourism Management or any related courses

    - Preferably outgoing and persuasive and is able to handle work stress

    - Must be receptive to change complemented with a sense of urgency

    - Assertiveness is a plus, yet knows how to remain customer focused

    - Approachable and values customer service

    - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    Description:

    -Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

    -Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed

    -Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries and couriers

    -Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

    -Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the receptionist desk (monitor logbook)
