    A Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

    Job Specifications:

    A college graduate with a proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

    At least 1 year experience in Administrative work.

    Computer Literacy

    Good communication skills

    Professional attitude and appearance

    Records management

    Solid written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent organizational skill

    Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

    Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

    Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

    Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

    Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Update calendars and schedule meetings. Monitor the room reservations in the office.

    Monitor the admin supplies.

    Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as but not limited to filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
