  • The Receptionist will be responsible for managing telephonic communications with current and potential colleagues across all programs in the U.S. This position serves as the primary gatekeeper to help manage frontline and timely issues related to pay discrepancies, employment verifications, missing paychecks, document collection (medical notices, bereavement requests, direct deposit, W4, I9, etc.).

    Main Responsibilities

    Respond timely to inquiries involving pay such as missing checks, missing hours, direct deposit discrepancies to include owning the process through to successful completion. Involves multi-departmental coordination, multiple follow ups with the employees, management of the pay card process, etc.

    Routing calls to the correct teams for calls involving technology, attendance, candidates for employment, employee relations issues, etc.

    Review and approve all bereavement requests to ensure compliance with our policies, notification to WFM and TM’s, and tracking.

    Collect information related to Medical/Doctor’s Notes and ensure proper routing.

    Process all employment verification requests, including personal and governmental requests, UI Wage Audits, etc.

    Manage equipment return coordination at the various sites to ensure the proper site representative is available at the schedule that is coordinated with the Agent.

    Provide initial troubleshooting for agents to set up their ADP login to see pay statements/W2.

    Serve as back up for the E-Verify process in the required states.

    Special projects such as Job Description creation, correspondence with agents, etc.

    Assist the coordinators with electronic filing of I9’s, offer letters, etc. to include auditing each new class to ensure compliance.

    Performs other duties as requested.
