o Add Candidates to CRM

o New Applications processed

• Client CVs Credentialing

o Manage Locum Credentialing Spreadsheet

o Request paperwork

o Follow up paperwork

o Request references

o Follow up references

o Pre-Placement Audits of Files (to ensure 100% compliance)

• Job Adverts

o Create Jobs on CRM

o Update Job Sheet (close jobs no longer open)

o Writing and posting jobs

• Ad Chasing

o Email Ad Chases

o Add a job

o Add a contact

o Add a company

• Send Floats/Send Admails/Weekly Meetings

o Create Reports

o Manage Meeting Agenda

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.

• Experience working with Medical Doctors

• Detail-oriented individual.

• Excellent communication skills.
