Salary: P43,000~P50,000 (upon hire) + Monthly Allowance P14,000 (upon regularization)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Recruitment background:

Current HR will be assuming new responsibility. Existing will transfer task to new incoming

Job Description:

1. Responsible to oversee HRM Section:

a. Manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment

b. CompBen administration

c. Employee relations (events organization through committee)

d. OD, especially performance evaluation and personnel movements

2. Manage a team of 3 regular employees (2 SPV and 1 staff) + 2 Subcon outsourced employees

3. No only manage but can do functions of Section

4. Maintain and analyze HR-related data by using SAP and HRIS

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Preferably licensed Psychometrician

2. With at least twelve (12) years of related experience

3. Well-versed in MS Office specifically MS Excel - Pivot, Vlookup, etc

4. Preferably familiar or knowledgeable in HRIS AND SAP Business One (SAP B1) system or other Enterprise systems

5. Well-versed in CBA and other arrangements

6. Experience working in a Japanese Company

7. Not Job hopper

8. With Management skills, analytical, good in English, good in numbers (numerical ability), Kaizen, reports generation and analysis, DOLE and other gov't regulation savvy, can manage 3rd party service providers, can do manual confidential payroll, knows manual HR database and can integrate into system HRIS in future, etc.
