  • Recruitment & Marketing Specialists -Fantastic Incentives Offered
    We are looking for Recruitment & Marketing Specialists who are motivated persons with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our friendly team in Baguio
    Job Description:
    1. Build and maintain prospective client base and encourage inquiries though social media interaction, other digital channels and other exposure opportunities
    2. Provide information about programs, services, and careers to identified target markets for the purpose of generating inquiries and applications and presenting appropriately with a view to strengthening confidence and transparency in the application process to an individual or group
    3. Engage in full comprehensive follow up of potential clients using phone, emails and other communication tools
    4. Assist in the development, planning and implementing recruitment and marketing campaigns utilizing a range of techniques including online campaigning tools, printed materials, and face to face activities.
    5. Identify and develop a strong relationship with external networks, collaborations, and relevant external stakeholders to ensure the right messages reach the appropriate audience
    6. Effectively organize and deliver a range of high quality, appropriate opportunities and events for potential clients to ensure that the firm's target is met
    7. Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed revenue or sales targets including the production of appropriate reports
    8. Assist in the production of marketing collateral, conversion activities and advertising campaigns.
    Requirements:
    1. Must be degree qualified preferably in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or Psychology, English, Education, etc
    2. Good communication skills with ability to conduct seminars or orientations
    3. Good computer skills
    4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    5. Willing to travel
