  • Job Description

    · Identify, Source & Recruit top talent using various techniques

    · Review resume & applicant qualifications to job requisitions

    · Post jobs according to job description Provide evaluations and assessments on applicants

    · Recommendations on top resumes with candidate highlight summary

    · Contact candidates in efficient manner to confirm they meet requirements and set up interview

    · Track and document all information regarding candidates

    · Update candidates on job applications and manage applicant database

    Must Haves

    · 2+ years recruitment experience with proven success and consistent candidate placement for a variety of job orders

    · Working knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF

    · Proficiency in LinkedIn advertisement and candidate search

    · Boolean Search, Google Search, and Competitor research experience for poaching

    · Superior written & verbal communication

    · Commitment to quality & hardworking

    · Ability to hit goals and targets while working under time constraints

    Nice to Haves

    · Recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, and construction industries

    · LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo experience

    · Negotiation and influence skills

    · Willingness to have fun, exceed goals and be compensated for achievement

    · Creative mind and thinking out of box mentality

    · Phone handling experience

    Home Office Requirements
