JOB DESCRIPTION

* Responsible for the recruitment and Screening of applicants

* Preparation for regular performance evaluation of employees

* Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit document.

* Maintain 201 files of employees

* Prepares Contract of Employment and Endorsements

* To entertain complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions

* Keep up-to-date with latest HR trends and best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATION

* Candidates must possess at Least Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology or Human Resource Management

* Can deal with any levels in the organization

* With at least 6 months experienced Employees specializing in clerical/Administrative Support or Equivalent

* Computer literate with capability in email, MS office and related business and communication tools

* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Ability to accurately follow instructions

* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

* Can Start ASAP
